Horses should be inside, clean, and dry at time of appointment

Horses will be brought in and out by owner or barn staff

Horses should not be in a rope halter if tied 

Horses should be held by owner or barn staff  during the first massage, once horse is comfortable they may be tied

If a horse is out of control the massage therapist has the right to end the session or discontinue treatments

Payment is due at the time of the massage

Payment can be made by cash, check, or Venmo

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in  a fee

If the massage begins late due to the client, the appointment time may not be extended to compensate for the delayed start as to not impact other clients scheduled that day
