  • Horses should be inside, clean, and dry at time of appointment

  • Horses will be brought in and out by owner or barn staff

  • Horses should not be in a rope halter if tied 

  • Horses should be held by owner or barn staff  during the first massage, once horse is comfortable they may be tied

  • If a horse is out of control the massage therapist has the right to end the session or discontinue treatments

  • Payment is due at the time of the massage

  • Payment can be made by cash, check, or Venmo

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in  a fee

  • If the massage begins late due to the client, the appointment time may not be extended to compensate for the delayed start as to not impact other clients scheduled that day
